WordCamp Video Highlight 2017/01/27

This week is a little different in that the videos shown were not recorded at WordCamps. The first two videos were submitted by individuals and the third came from a Meetup.

If you are interested in submitting WordPress related videos to WordPress TV, you can read the submission guidelines here. To upload a video click here. The maximum upload file size is 1GB. You can upload the following video formats:avi – mov/qt – mpeg/mpg- mp4 – ogv – wmv – 3gp/3g2.

Isabelle Garcia: WordCamp Asia Coming Soon?

Isabelle Garcia recorded this video at WordCamp US. She originally asked “What is your WordPress wish list for 2017?”

A few interesting conversations arose around the growth of the Asian WordPress community. Some of the main representatives of this community were present at WCUS and they shared with us their hopes for a “WordCamp Asia.” Probably not in 2017, but hopefully in 2018, as they all explain in this video.

denisco: Управление оформлением виджетов WordPress с помощью плагина Widget CSS Classes

denisco submitted this Russian language video and talks about design management WordPress widget with the plugin Widget CSS Classes.

Nikola Randjelovic: WordPress Starter Survival Kit for Developers

This video was recorded at the WordPress Nis Meetup in Nis, Serbia. Nikola talks about creating themes and plugins and the tools you might need.

As you can see, a lot of great content is being created by individuals. If you have an interest in recording a video, plug in a microphone and give it a try. As Corey Miller said at WordCamp Dayton 2014, “Just Click Publish.”

Great article! Thanks for featuring my video. I like the sentence “If you have an interest in recording a video, plug in a microphone and give it a try.” I would add “and use the tool that I use to render your videos: VINUBIS Video Editor.”
That’s how I get to easily add titles, intro and outro to my videos. Check it out: http://wp-video-editor.com/
