WordCamp Video Highlight 2017/02/10

This week we are featuring two presentations about e-commerce.

According to Wikipedia,”E-commerce is a transaction of buying or selling online. Electronic commerce draws on technologies such as mobile commerce, electronic funds transfer, supply chain management, Internet marketing, online transaction processing, electronic data interchange (EDI), inventory management systems, and automated data collection systems. Modern electronic commerce typically uses the World Wide Web for at least one part of the transaction’s life cycle although it may also use other technologies such as e-mail.

2016 total retail sales across the globe are estimated to have reached $22.049 trillion, up 6.0% from the previous year, according to eMarketer. They estimate that sales will top $27 trillion in 2020.

Since 2010 there have been 179 videos published on WordPress TV that are related to e-commerce.

The videos below come from WordCamps Stockholm and Ann Arbor .

Was featured recently on WordPress.tv , for my talk at WordCamp Ann Arbor. I had a lot of fun with this, just doing basically an Ask Me Anything about e-commerce.
